第十三条（老齢基礎年金の額の計算の特例）

附則別表第四の上欄に掲げる者については、国民年金法第二十七条（同法第二十八条第四項及び附則第九条の二第四項において適用する場合並びに同法第五十条及び附則第九条の三第二項においてその例による場合を含む。）中「四百八十」とあるのは、それぞれ同表の下欄のように読み替えるものとする。
