この法律による改正後の国民年金法第十八条の三の規定は、昭和四十六年十一月一日前に行方不明となり、失踪の宣告を受けたことにより同日以後に死亡したとみなされた者に係る死亡を支給事由とする給付の支給についても、適用する。
