第一条（施行期日）

この法律は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、第五十八条、第六十二条、第六十五条第三項から第五項まで、第七十七条並びに第七十九条の二第三項及び第六項の改正規定並びに同条に第七項を加える改正規定は、昭和四十三年一月一日から施行する。
