この法律の施行の際現に国民年金法の規定による福祉年金の受給権を有する者に対して旧法に基づく条例の規定に基づき支給される年金たる障害補償については、第四条の規定による改正後の国民年金法第六十五条第一項第一号（同法第七十九条の二第六項において準用する場合を含む。）の規定は、適用しない。
