第一条（施行期日）

この法律は、公布の日から施行し、この附則に特別の定めがあるものを除き、昭和三十六年四月一日から適用する。

第二条（国民年金法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）

改正後の国民年金法第十条第一項及び第七十七条の二第三項の規定の適用については、通算年金通則法附則第二条第一項に規定する期間は、同項の規定にかかわらず、通算対象期間とする。
