Supplementary Provisions, Article 9-4-8A Request, etc. Relating to a Specified Reason for a Period on or before March 31, 1986
第九条の四の八（昭和六十一年三月三十一日以前の期間についての特定事由に係る申出等）
In the case of applying the provisions of the preceding Article to a period on or before March 31, 1986, the phrase "a period relating to premiums treated as not required to be paid under the provisions relating to that specified procedure" in paragraph (6) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "the premium exemption period prescribed in Article 5, paragraph (4) before the revision under the provisions of Article 1 of the 1985 Amendment Act", and, beyond that, matters necessary concerning the application of the provisions of that Article are specified by Cabinet Order.
