第七条の三の二
The provisions of paragraph (1) of the preceding Article do not apply, in a case falling under any of the following items, to the insured period prescribed in the relevant item.
前条第一項の規定は、次の各号のいずれかに該当する場合において、当該各号に規定する被保険者期間については、適用しない。
Where, with respect to part of the applicable category 3 insured period of a person who has an insured period as a category 3 insured person (limited to a premium-paid period (excluding a period specified by Cabinet Order); hereinafter referred to in this Article as the "applicable category 3 insured period"), a correction has been made, under the provisions of Article 14, to matters recorded as a period other than an insured period as a category 3 insured person: the insured period as a category 3 insured person that continues from that period other than the insured period as a category 3 insured person; or
Where, because the insured period of the spouse of a person who has an applicable category 3 insured period, during part of that applicable category 3 insured period (hereinafter referred to in this item as the "affected part of an applicable category 3 insured period"), has become a period of being an insured person of another Employees' Pension Insurance that continues from the most recent period of being an insured person of Employees' Pension Insurance, a correction has been made, under the provisions of Article 14, to matters recorded to the effect that the affected part of an applicable category 3 insured period is not a premium-paid period: the insured period as a category 3 insured person to which that correction was made.
対象第三号被保険者期間を有する者の当該対象第三号被保険者期間の一部の期間（以下この号において「対象一部第三号被保険者期間」という。）におけるその者の配偶者の被保険者期間が、直近の厚生年金保険の被保険者である期間に引き続く他の厚生年金保険の被保険者である期間となつたことにより、当該対象一部第三号被保険者期間について、保険料納付済期間でないものとして第十四条の規定により記録した事項の訂正がなされた場合 当該訂正がなされた第三号被保険者としての被保険者期間
