Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Concerning an Insured Person
第二条（被保険者に関する経過措置）
When applying the provisions concerning benefits to a person who was an insured person during the period from October 1, 1960 to March 31, 1961, that person is deemed to not have been an insured person during that period.
昭和三十五年十月一日から昭和三十六年三月三十一日までの間において被保険者であつた者について、給付に関する規定を適用する場合においては、その者は、その期間、被保険者でなかつたものとみなす。
