第一条の二（基礎年金についての検討）
With respect to the level of the basic pension, the manner of bearing its costs, and other matters, a review is to be conducted in the future, taking into consideration changes in social and economic conditions, the types of households, and other factors.
基礎年金の水準、費用負担のあり方等については、社会経済情勢の推移、世帯の類型等を考慮して、今後検討が加えられるべきものとする。
