附 則
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2021.
この省令は、令和三年四月一日から施行する。
An application for permission or accreditation, a notification or a report that has actually been made, at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect, pursuant to the provisions of the respective Ministerial Orders prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order (referred to as the "former Ministerial Orders" in the following paragraph) is deemed to be an application for permission or accreditation, a notification or a report under the provisions of the respective Ministerial Orders as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令の施行の際現にこの省令による改正前のそれぞれの省令（次項において「旧省令」という。）の規定によりされている許可若しくは認定の申請、届出又は報告は、この省令による改正後のそれぞれの省令の規定による許可若しくは認定の申請、届出又は報告とみなす。
Paper forms in accordance with the Forms prescribed in the former Ministerial Orders that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being with corrections made to them.
この省令の施行の際現にある旧省令に定める様式による用紙については、当分の間、これを取り繕って使用することができる。

「旧省令」
Each of the Ministerial Orders (省令) as it stood before the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Order No. 203 of 2020 that these supplementary provisions belong to amended it; applications for permission or approval, notifications and reports made under them count as made under the amended ones.
