附 則
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of April 1, 1989.
この省令は、平成元年四月一日から施行する。
In the case where an agreement under Article 36 of the Labor Standards Act that was concluded before the date on which this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect (excluding an agreement for which an agreement to renew that agreement is concluded on or after that date) is notified pursuant to the provisions of that Article on or after that date, the form then in force may still be used.
この省令の施行の日前にされた労働基準法第三十六条の協定（当該協定を更新しようとする旨の協定が施行の日以後にされるものを除く。）を同日以後に同条の規定により届け出る場合には、なお従前の様式によることができる。
