Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of October 1, 1970.
この省令は、昭和四十五年十月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 9Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act
第九条（労働基準法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
A labor standards inspector's identification card under the provisions of Article 52 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act before the amendment that a labor standards inspector actually possesses at the time this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect is, for the time being, deemed to be a labor standards inspector's identification card under the provisions of Article 52 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act after the amendment.
この省令施行の際現に労働基準監督官が所持している改正前の労働基準法施行規則第五十二条の規定による労働基準監督官証票は、当分の間、改正後の労働基準法施行規則第五十二条の規定による労働基準監督官証票とみなす。
