Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Cabinet Act (Act No. 88 of 1999) comes into effect (January 6, 2001).
この省令は、内閣法の一部を改正する法律（平成十一年法律第八十八号）の施行の日（平成十三年一月六日）から施行する。

第五条（様式に関する経過措置）
The identification card under the provisions of Article 52 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 2, the certificate under the provisions of Article 33, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Security Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 3, the identification card under the provisions of Article 4 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on Labor Insurance Appeal Examiners and the Labor Insurance Appeal Committee prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 8, the identification card under the provisions of Article 78 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Vocational Ability Development and Promotion Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 26, the identification card under the provisions of Article 73 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Labor Insurance Premiums prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 31, the identification card under the provisions of Article 95-3 of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 34, the certificate under the provisions of Article 144 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 52, the identification card under the provisions of Article 4 of the Ordinance on Labor Standards for Women prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 70, the certificate under the provisions of Article 48 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act for Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Undertakings and Improved Working Conditions for Dispatched Workers prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 71, and the certificate under the provisions of Article 45, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Port Labor Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 74 are, for the time being, deemed to be the identification card under the provisions of Article 52 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act as amended by the provisions of Article 2, the certificate under the provisions of Article 33, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Security Act as amended by the provisions of Article 3, the identification card under the provisions of Article 4 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on Labor Insurance Appeal Examiners and the Labor Insurance Appeal Committee as amended by the provisions of Article 8, the identification card under the provisions of Article 78 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Vocational Ability Development and Promotion Act as amended by the provisions of Article 26, the identification card under the provisions of Article 73 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act on the Collection, etc. of Labor Insurance Premiums as amended by the provisions of Article 31, the identification card under the provisions of Article 95-3 of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health as amended by the provisions of Article 34, the certificate under the provisions of Article 144 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Employment Insurance Act as amended by the provisions of Article 52, the identification card under the provisions of Article 4 of the Ordinance on Labor Standards for Women as amended by the provisions of Article 70, the certificate under the provisions of Article 48 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Act for Securing the Proper Operation of Worker Dispatching Undertakings and Improved Working Conditions for Dispatched Workers as amended by the provisions of Article 71, and the certificate under the provisions of Article 45, paragraph (2) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Port Labor Act as amended by the provisions of Article 74.
第二条の規定による改正前の労働基準法施行規則第五十二条の規定による証票、第三条の規定による改正前の職業安定法施行規則第三十三条第二項の規定による証明書、第八条の規定による改正前の労働保険審査官及び労働保険審査会法施行規則第四条の規定による証票、第二十六条の規定による改正前の職業能力開発促進法施行規則第七十八条の規定による証票、第三十一条の規定による改正前の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則第七十三条の規定による証票、第三十四条の規定による改正前の労働安全衛生規則第九十五条の三の規定による証票、第五十二条の規定による改正前の雇用保険法施行規則第百四十四条の規定による証明書、第七十条の規定による改正前の女性労働基準規則第四条の規定による証票、第七十一条の規定による改正前の労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律施行規則第四十八条の規定による証明書及び第七十四条の規定による改正前の港湾労働法施行規則第四十五条第二項の規定による証明書は、当分の間、第二条の規定による改正後の労働基準法施行規則第五十二条の規定による証票、第三条の規定による改正後の職業安定法施行規則第三十三条第二項の規定による証明書、第八条の規定による改正後の労働保険審査官及び労働保険審査会法施行規則第四条の規定による証票、第二十六条の規定による改正後の職業能力開発促進法施行規則第七十八条の規定による証票、第三十一条の規定による改正後の労働保険の保険料の徴収等に関する法律施行規則第七十三条の規定による証票、第三十四条の規定による改正後の労働安全衛生規則第九十五条の三の規定による証票、第五十二条の規定による改正後の雇用保険法施行規則第百四十四条の規定による証明書、第七十条の規定による改正後の女性労働基準規則第四条の規定による証票、第七十一条の規定による改正後の労働者派遣事業の適正な運営の確保及び派遣労働者の就業条件の整備等に関する法律施行規則第四十八条の規定による証明書及び第七十四条の規定による改正後の港湾労働法施行規則第四十五条第二項の規定による証明書とみなす。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 6
第六条
Written applications, etc. in accordance with the Forms prescribed in the respective Ministerial Orders prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order that have actually been submitted or issued at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect are deemed to be written applications, etc. in accordance with the corresponding Forms prescribed in the respective Ministerial Orders as amended by this Ministerial Order.
この省令の施行の際現に提出され又は交付されているこの省令による改正前のそれぞれの省令に定める様式による申請書等は、この省令による改正後のそれぞれの省令に定める相当様式による申請書等とみなす。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 7
第七条
The paper forms for written applications, etc. in accordance with the Forms prescribed in the respective Ministerial Orders prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Order that actually exist at the time this Ministerial Order comes into effect may be used for the time being after making the necessary revisions.
この省令の施行の際現に存するこの省令による改正前のそれぞれの省令に定める様式による申請書等の用紙は、当分の間、必要な改定をした上、使用することができる。
