第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Partial Amendment to the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act
第二条（労働基準法施行規則の一部改正）
The Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act is partially amended as follows.
労働基準法施行規則の一部を次のように改正する。
A labor standards inspector's identification card in Form No. 18 before the amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance that a labor standards inspector actually possesses at the time this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect is, for the time being, deemed to be a labor standards inspector's identification card in Form No. 18 after the amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance.
この省令の施行の際現に労働基準監督官が所持しているこの省令による改正前の様式第十八号による労働基準監督官証票は、当分の間、この省令による改正後の様式第十八号による労働基準監督官証票とみなす。
