附 則
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of April 1, 2006.
この省令は、平成十八年四月一日から施行する。
With respect to the compensation for disability to be provided by an employer pursuant to the provisions of the Labor Standards Act in the case where a worker suffers an injury or illness in the course of employment and a physical disability remains when the injury or illness has healed before this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
労働者が業務上負傷し、又は疾病にかかり、この省令の施行前に治ったとき身体に障害が存する場合において労働基準法の規定により使用者が行うべき障害補償については、なお従前の例による。
