附 則
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and Other Acts comes into effect (May 29, 2015).
この省令は、金融商品取引法等の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（平成二十七年五月二十九日）から施行する。
