Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of April 1, 2002.
この省令は、平成十四年四月一日から施行する。

第二条（経過措置）
With respect to the retention of the minutes prescribed in Article 67, paragraph (3) of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act prior to the amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令による改正前の労働基準法施行規則第六十七条第三項に規定する議事録の保存については、なお従前の例による。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 3
第三条
In the case where an agreement under Article 36, paragraph (1) of the Labor Standards Act that was concluded before the date on which this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect (excluding an agreement for which an agreement to the effect that it is to be renewed is concluded on or after that date) is notified pursuant to the provisions of that paragraph on or after that date, the former Forms may still be used.
この省令の施行の日前にされた労働基準法第三十六条第一項の協定（当該協定を更新しようとする旨の協定が施行の日以後にされるものを除く。）を同日以後に同項の規定により届け出る場合には、なお従前の様式によることができる。
