Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of April 1, 2019; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 1 amending Article 68 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act come into effect as of April 1, 2023.
この省令は、平成三十一年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第一条中労働基準法施行規則第六十八条の改正規定は、平成三十五年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 4Transitional Measures
第四条（経過措置）
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before the date on which this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行の日前にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
