Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of April 1, 2010.
この省令は、平成二十二年四月一日から施行する。

第二条（様式に関する経過措置）
The identification card under the provisions of Article 52 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 1 is, for the time being, deemed to be the identification card under the provisions of Article 52 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act as amended by the provisions of Article 1.
第一条の規定による改正前の労働基準法施行規則第五十二条の規定による証票は、当分の間、第一条の規定による改正後の労働基準法施行規則第五十二条の規定による証票とみなす。
