附 則
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date on which the provisions set forth in Article 1, item (i) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Act on the Arrangement of Relevant Acts of the Ministry of Labour for Securing, etc. of Equal Opportunity and Treatment between Men and Women in Employment come into effect (October 1, 1997).
この省令は、雇用の分野における男女の均等な機会及び待遇の確保等のための労働省関係法律の整備に関する法律附則第一条第一号に掲げる規定の施行の日（平成九年十月一日）から施行する。
