附 則
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of April 1, 1973.
この省令は、昭和四十八年四月一日から施行する。
An application for permission, approval, recognition or any other disposition, a notification, a report or any other procedure that was made to the Director of the Gobo Labor Standards Office before this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect, or a permission, approval, recognition or any other disposition, etc. that was made by that Director, is, in the case where the relevant affairs have come to be handled by the Director of the Wakayama Labor Standards Office pursuant to the provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act after the amendment by this Ministerial Ordinance, deemed to have been made to, or to have been made by, that Director.
この省令の施行前に御坊労働基準監督署長に対して行なわれた許可、認可、認定その他の処分の申請、届出、報告その他の手続又は同労働基準監督署長が行なつた許可、認可、認定その他の処分等は、この省令による改正後の労働基準法施行規則の規定により当該事務が和歌山労働基準監督署長によつて取り扱われることとなつた場合には、同労働基準監督署長に対して行なわれ、又は同労働基準監督署長が行なつたものとみなす。
