第一条（施行期日等）
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of February 1, 1981.
この省令は、昭和五十六年二月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Enforcement of the Provisions of Article 1
第二条（第一条の規定の施行に伴う経過措置）
With respect to the disability compensation that an employer is to provide pursuant to the provisions of the Labor Standards Act in the case where a worker is injured or becomes ill in the course of employment and a physical disability remains when the injury or illness has healed before this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
労働者が業務上負傷し、又は疾病にかかり、この省令の施行前に治つたとき身体に障害が存する場合において労働基準法の規定により使用者が行うべき障害補償については、なお従前の例による。
