附 則
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date on which the Act Partially Amending the Labor Standards Act comes into effect (January 1, 2004).
この省令は、労働基準法の一部を改正する法律の施行の日（平成十六年一月一日）から施行する。
