附 則
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of October 1, 1976; provided, however, that the amending provisions adding six Articles before Article 7 (excluding the part pertaining to Article 6), the provisions of the following paragraph (excluding the part pertaining to Article 5 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act (Order of the Ministry of Health and Welfare No. 23 of 1947)) and the provisions of paragraph (3) of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the part pertaining to Article 18 of the Rules on the Organization of the Ministry of Labour (Order of the Ministry of Labour No. 36 of 1952)) come into effect as of April 1, 1977.
この省令は、昭和五十一年十月一日から施行する。ただし、第七条の前に六条を加える改正規定（第六条に係る部分を除く。）、次項の規定（労働基準法施行規則（昭和二十二年厚生省令第二十三号）第五条に係る部分を除く。）及び附則第三項の規定（労働省組織規程（昭和二十七年労働省令第三十六号）第十八条に係る部分に限る。）は、昭和五十二年四月一日から施行する。
