第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of April 1, 1960.
この省令は、昭和三十五年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Partial Amendment to the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act
第二条（労働基準法施行規則の一部改正）
The Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act is partially amended as follows.
労働基準法施行規則の一部を次のように改正する。
Labor standards inspector's identification cards that a labor standards inspector actually possesses at the time this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect in Form No. 18 before the amendment and in Form No. 18 before the amendment under the provisions of Article 2, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Minimum Wage Act (Order of the Ministry of Labour No. 16 of 1959) are, for the time being, deemed to be labor standards inspector's identification cards in Form No. 18 after the amendment.
この省令の施行の際現に労働基準監督官が所持している改正前の様式第十八号による労働基準監督官証票及び最低賃金法施行規則（昭和三十四年労働省令第十六号）附則第二条第一項の規定による改正前の様式第十八号による労働基準監督官証票は、当分の間、改正後の様式第十八号による労働基準監督官証票とみなす。
