Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date of promulgation.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act
第二条（労働基準法施行規則の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the application of the provisions of Appended Table 2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act to a disability pertaining to a ground for compensation for disability under the provisions of the Labor Standards Act that arose before this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この省令の施行前に生じた労働基準法の規定による障害補償の事由に係る障害に関する労働基準法施行規則別表第二の規定の適用については、なお従前の例による。
