附 則
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of April 1, 2024.
この省令は、令和六年四月一日から施行する。
In the case where an agreement under Article 36, paragraph (1) of the Labor Standards Act (Act No. 49 of 1947), as applied with the terms replaced pursuant to the provisions of Article 141, paragraph (4) of that Act, that was concluded before the date on which this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect (excluding an agreement for which the first day of the applicable period referred to in paragraph (2), item (ii) of Article 36 falls on or after the date on which this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect, and an agreement for which an agreement to the effect that it is to be renewed is concluded on or after that date) is notified pursuant to the provisions of Article 36 on or after that date, the Forms then in force may still be used.
この省令の施行の日前にされた労働基準法（昭和二十二年法律第四十九号）第百四十一条第四項の規定により読み替えて適用する同法第三十六条第一項の協定（同条第二項第二号の対象期間の初日が施行の日以後であるもの及び当該協定を更新しようとする旨の協定が同日以後にされるものを除く。）を同日以後に同条の規定により届け出る場合には、なお従前の様式によることができる。
