Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of April 1, 1962; provided, however, that the amended provisions of Article 124-4 and the provisions of Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the part pertaining to Article 45, paragraph (1), item (xiii) of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health) come into effect as of October 1, 1961, the provisions of Articles 227 through 260 and Article 6 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of June 1, 1961, and the provisions of Article 7 of the Supplementary Provisions (limited to the part other than the part pertaining to Article 45, paragraph (1), item (xiii) of the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health) and Article 8 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of April 1, 1961.
この省令は、昭和三十七年四月一日から施行する。ただし、第百二十四条の四の改正規定及び附則第七条（労働安全衛生規則第四十五条第一項第十三号に係る部分に限る。）の規定は、昭和三十六年十月一日から、第二百二十七条から第二百六十条まで及び附則第六条の規定は、昭和三十六年六月一日から、附則第七条（労働安全衛生規則第四十五条第一項第十三号に係る部分以外の部分に限る。）及び附則第八条の規定は、昭和三十六年四月一日から施行する。
