附 則
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of the date of promulgation; provided, however, that the amending provisions pertaining to the Abeno row of the Osaka section come into effect as of February 10, 1997.
この省令は、公布の日から施行する。ただし、大阪の部阿倍野の項に係る改正規定は、平成九年二月十日から施行する。
An application for permission, recognition or any other disposition, a notification, a report or any other procedure that was made to the Director of a Labor Standards Office before this Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect, or a permission, recognition or any other disposition, etc. that was made by the Director of a Labor Standards Office, is deemed to have been made to the Director of the Labor Standards Office who is to handle the relevant affairs pursuant to the provisions of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act after the amendment, or to have been made by that Director.
この省令の施行前に労働基準監督署長に対して行われた許可、認定その他の処分の申請、届出、報告その他の手続又は労働基準監督署長が行った許可、認定その他の処分等は、改正後の労働基準法施行規則の規定により当該事務を取り扱うこととされた労働基準監督署長に対して行われ、又はその労働基準監督署長が行ったものとみなす。
