第一条（施行期日）
This Ministerial Ordinance comes into effect as of July 1, 1976.
この省令は、昭和五十一年七月一日から施行する。

第三条（様式に関する経過措置）
An identification card in Form No. 18 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act before the amendment is, for the time being, deemed to be an identification card in Form No. 18 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Labor Standards Act after the amendment.
改正前の労働基準法施行規則様式第十八号の証票は、当分の間、改正後の労働基準法施行規則様式第十八号の証票とみなす。
