第二十四条
Insurance benefits paid by the Director-General of the Social Insurance Agency pursuant to the provisions of the Health Insurance Act before the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 4 are deemed to be insurance benefits paid by JHIA pursuant to the corresponding provisions of that Act.
第四条の規定の施行の日前に社会保険庁長官が健康保険法の規定によってした保険給付は、協会が同法の相当する規定によってした保険給付とみなす。
Of the insurance benefits under the provisions of the Health Insurance Act for which the grounds for benefits arose before the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 4, those not yet paid on that date are to be paid by JHIA.
第四条の規定の施行の日前に給付事由が生じた健康保険法の規定による保険給付のうち同日においてまだ支給していないものについては、協会によって支給するものとする。
