Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of October 1, 1973.
この法律は、昭和四十八年十月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Health Insurance Act and the Mariners Insurance Act
第二条（健康保険法及び船員保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Among persons who acquired eligibility as an insured person of health insurance before October 1, 1973 and have continued to have eligibility as an insured person until that day (excluding persons who have eligibility as an insured person pursuant to the provisions of Article 20 of the Health Insurance Act), the standard remuneration amount of a person who acquired eligibility as an insured person during the period from July 1 to September 30 of that year, or a person whose standard remuneration amount has been revised from August or September of that year pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (4) of that Act, and whose standard monthly remuneration amount for that month of that year is 18,000 yen or less or 104,000 yen (excluding persons whose monthly remuneration amount is less than 107,000 yen), is revised by the insurer, deeming the monthly remuneration amount that served as the basis of that standard monthly remuneration amount to be the monthly remuneration amount that forms the basis of the standard remuneration amount under the provisions of Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act as amended by this Act.
昭和四十八年十月一日前に健康保険の被保険者の資格を取得して、同日まで引き続き被保険者の資格を有する者（健康保険法第二十条の規定による被保険者の資格を有する者を除く。）のうち、同年七月一日から同年九月三十日までの間に被保険者の資格を取得した者又は同法第三条第四項の規定により同年八月若しくは同年九月から標準報酬が改定された者であつて、同年同月の標準報酬月額が一万八千円以下であるもの又は十万四千円であるもの（報酬月額が十万七千円未満であるものを除く。）の標準報酬は、当該標準報酬月額の基礎となつた報酬月額をこの法律による改正後の健康保険法第三条第一項の規定による標準報酬の基礎となる報酬月額とみなして、保険者が改定する。
The standard remuneration amount revised pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph is the standard remuneration amount from October 1, 1973 to September 30, 1974.
The provisions of Article 67 of the Health Insurance Act as amended by this Act or Article 25 of the Mariners Insurance Act as amended by this Act apply to cases where an insured event arises on or after October 1, 1973 due to the act of a third party, and in cases where an insured event arose before that day, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律による改正後の健康保険法第六十七条又はこの法律による改正後の船員保険法第二十五条の規定は、第三者の行為により昭和四十八年十月一日以後に保険事故が生じた場合について適用し、同日前に保険事故が生じた場合については、なお従前の例による。
The provisions of Article 70-3, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act as amended by this Act do not apply to expenses required for benefits for medical treatment provided before October 1, 1973, the payment of dependent's medical expenses for medical treatment provided before that day, and the payment of injury and sickness allowance and childbirth allowance for periods before that day.
この法律による改正後の健康保険法第七十条ノ三第一項の規定は、昭和四十八年十月一日前に行なわれた療養の給付、同日前に行なわれた療養に係る家族療養費の支給並びに同日前の期間に係る傷病手当金及び出産手当金の支給に要する費用については、適用しない。
