A person who was an insured person of the insurance for specially-insured day laborers with the government as the insurer prescribed in Article 123, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act on the day before the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 4 is to become, on the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 4, an insured person of the insurance for specially-insured day laborers with JHIA as the insurer under Article 123, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act as Amended in October 2008.
