Supplementary Provisions
附 則
Of the provisions of this Act, the provisions amending Article 10, Article 15, paragraph (2), Article 17, paragraph (1), Article 17-4, Article 30 and Article 35 (excluding, of the provisions amending Article 17-4, the part relating to injury and sickness allowance and childbirth allowance) and the provisions of paragraphs (2), (3) and (6) through (9) of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on July 1, 1958, and the other provisions come into effect on October 1 of that year, and the provisions of Articles 28 and 28-2 as amended apply to expenses for fiscal year 1958 or any later fiscal year.
この法律中第十条、第十五条第二項、第十七条第一項、第十七条の四、第三十条及び第三十五条の改正規定（第十七条の四の改正規定のうち、傷病手当金及び出産手当金に関する部分を除く。）並びに附則第二項、第三項及び第六項から第九項までの規定は昭和三十三年七月一日から、その他の規定は同年十月一日から施行し、改正後の第二十八条及び第二十八条の二の規定は、昭和三十三年度以降の費用について適用する。
