附 則
This Act comes into effect on January 1, 1951.
この法律は、昭和二十六年一月一日から施行する。
With regard to a person who is receiving insurance benefits pursuant to the provisions of Article 55 (including as applied mutatis mutandis pursuant to Article 59-2, paragraph (5) and Article 59-4, paragraph (3)) or Article 57 at the time this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions amending Article 55 and Article 57.
この法律の施行の際に、第五十五条（第五十九条ノ二第五項及び第五十九条ノ四第三項において準用する場合を含む。）又は第五十七条の規定により保険給付を受けている者については、第五十五条及び第五十七条の改正規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
