第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of September 1, 1969.
この法律は、昭和四十四年九月一日から施行する。

第二条（分娩費等の額に関する経過措置）
With regard to the amount of delivery expenses or spouse's delivery expenses under the provisions of the Health Insurance Act or the Mariners Insurance Act for an insured person of health insurance or Mariners Insurance, a person who was an insured person, or a dependent, who gave birth before September 1, 1969, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
