附 則
This Act comes into effect on May 1, 1949; provided, however, that the provisions amending Article 71-4, paragraph (1) apply from April 1, 1949.
この法律は、昭和二十四年五月一日から施行する。但し、第七十一条の四第一項の改正規定は、昭和二十四年四月一日から適用する。
The standard remuneration amount of a person who acquired eligibility as an insured person before the day this Act comes into effect and has continuously held eligibility as an insured person until the day this Act comes into effect is calculated by deeming that person to have acquired eligibility as an insured person on that day.
With regard to delinquent charges on insurance premiums for which a demand notice was issued before the day this Act comes into effect, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
この法律施行の日前に督促状を発した保険料に対する延滞金については、なお従前の例による。
A person who currently holds the position of member, secretary, or clerk of the Health Insurance Committee on the day this Act comes into effect is deemed to have been ordered to be a member, secretary, or clerk of the Health Insurance Council, respectively; provided, however, that the term of office of a member is counted from the time that person was ordered or commissioned as a member of the Health Insurance Committee.
この法律施行の日において現に健康保険委員会の委員、幹事及び書記の職にある者は、それぞれ健康保険審議会の委員、幹事、又は書記を命ぜられたものとみなす。但し、委員の任期は、その者が健康保険委員会の委員を命ぜられ、又は委嘱された時から起算する。
