附 則
This Act comes into effect on the date of promulgation.
この法律は、公布の日から施行する。
With regard to the period of validity of the designation of a medical institution providing services covered by health insurance or a pharmacy providing services covered by health insurance that, at the time the provisions of Article 8 come into effect, has actually received designation under Article 43-3, paragraph (1) of the Health Insurance Act, the provisions then in force continue to govern, notwithstanding the provisions of Article 43-3, paragraph (4) of that Act as amended by the provisions of Article 8.
第八条の規定の施行の際現に健康保険法第四十三条ノ三第一項の指定を受けている保険医療機関又は保険薬局の当該指定の有効期間については、第八条の規定による改正後の同法第四十三条ノ三第四項の規定にかかわらず、なお従前の例による。
