附 則
The date on which this Act comes into effect is specified for each provision by Imperial Ordinance.
本法施行ノ期日ハ各規定ニ付勅令ヲ以テ之ヲ定ム
The Staff Health Insurance Act is abolished.
職員健康保険法ハ之ヲ廃止ス
With regard to insurance benefits, insurance premiums and other collected money under staff health insurance before the enforcement of the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the former Act continues to apply.
前項ノ規定施行前ノ職員健康保険ノ保険給付及保険料其ノ他ノ徴収金ニ関シテハ仍旧法ニ依ル
A staff health insurance society existing at the time of the enforcement of the provisions of paragraph (2) becomes a health insurance society from the day of the enforcement of those provisions and is to succeed to the rights and obligations of the staff health insurance society.
第二項ノ規定施行ノ際現ニ存スル職員健康保険組合ハ同規定施行ノ日ヨリ健康保険組合ト為リ職員健康保険組合ノ権利義務ヲ承継スルモノトス
A person who is an insured person of staff health insurance at the time of the enforcement of the provisions of paragraph (2) is to be treated as having become an insured person of health insurance, as provided by order.
With regard to the insurance benefits of health insurance received by a person who was an insured person of staff health insurance at the time of the enforcement of the provisions of paragraph (2) and who has become an insured person of health insurance, the period during which the person was an insured person of staff health insurance is deemed to be a period during which the person was an insured person of health insurance, and the period during which the person received insurance benefits as an insured person of staff health insurance is deemed to be a period during which the person received corresponding insurance benefits as an insured person of health insurance.
A person who lost eligibility as an insured person of staff health insurance before the enforcement of the provisions of paragraph (2) is deemed, with regard to the insurance benefits and collected money of health insurance, to have been an insured person of health insurance, and insurance benefits that the person received as an insured person of staff health insurance are deemed to be corresponding insurance benefits received as an insured person of health insurance.
With regard to the punishment of a person who violated the Staff Health Insurance Act before the enforcement of the provisions of paragraph (2), the former Act continues to apply.
第二項ノ規定施行前職員健康保険法ニ違反シタル者ノ処罰ニ付テハ仍旧法ニ依ル
Beyond what is provided for in the preceding six paragraphs, matters necessary at the time of the enforcement of the provisions of paragraph (2) are specified by Imperial Ordinance.
