第二十五条
With regard to the collection of insurance premiums for former government-managed health insurance and for the insurance for specially-insured day laborers with the government as the insurer, for which grounds for collection arose before the date of enforcement of the provisions of Article 4, and of other amounts to be collected on or after that date pursuant to the provisions of the Health Insurance Act Before the October 2008 Amendment, the collection of amounts pertaining to insured persons with optional and continued coverage and of amounts to be collected prescribed in Chapter IV of the Health Insurance Act (including the delinquent charges prescribed in Article 181, paragraph (1) of that Act) is to be carried out by JHIA, and the collection of all other amounts is to be carried out by the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare.
第四条の規定の施行の日前に徴収事由が生じた旧政管健保及び政府を保険者とする日雇特例被保険者の保険の保険料その他平成二十年十月改正前健保法の規定による同日以後の徴収金の徴収については、任意継続被保険者に係るもの及び健康保険法第四章に規定する徴収金（同法第百八十一条第一項に規定する延滞金を含む。）は協会が、それ以外のものは厚生労働大臣が行うものとする。
