Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect as of April 1, 1986 (hereinafter referred to as "the Effective Date").
この法律は、昭和六十一年四月一日（以下「施行日」という。）から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 114Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Health Insurance Act
第百十四条（健康保険法の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
With regard to the payment of injury and sickness allowance in the case where a person entitled to receive injury and sickness allowance under the Health Insurance Act may receive, for the disability due to the relevant sickness or injury, a disability pension under the Employees' Pension Insurance Act prior to its amendment by the provisions of Article 3, for which the provisions then in force are to continue to govern pursuant to the provisions of Article 78, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
健康保険法による傷病手当金の受給権者が当該傷病による障害について附則第七十八条第一項の規定によりなお従前の例によるものとされた第三条の規定による改正前の厚生年金保険法による障害年金を受けることができる場合における当該傷病手当金の支給については、なお従前の例による。
