附 則
This Act comes into effect on July 1, 1955.
この法律は、昭和三十年七月一日から施行する。
The provisions of the Acts listed in the items of that paragraph, after amendment pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, apply to delinquent charges collected after this Act comes into effect; provided, however, that the provisions then in force continue to govern delinquent charges, in whole or in part, corresponding to periods before this Act comes into effect.
前項の規定による改正後の同項各号に掲げる法律の規定は、この法律の施行後に徴収する延滞金について適用する。ただし、当該延滞金の全部又は一部でこの法律の施行前の期間に対応するものについては、なお従前の例による。
