第一条（施行期日）
This Act comes into effect on April 1, 1962.
この法律は、昭和三十七年四月一日から施行する。
Supplementary Provisions, Article 20Transitional Measures Concerning Delinquent Charges
第二十条（延滞金に関する経過措置）
The parts of the provisions of Articles 33, 37 and 38 concerning delinquent charges and the provisions of Article 40 apply to delinquent charges collected after this Act comes into effect. However, the provisions then in force continue to govern all or part of those delinquent charges that corresponds to the period before this Act comes into effect.
第三十三条、第三十七条及び第三十八条の規定中延滞金に関する部分並びに第四十条の規定は、この法律の施行後に徴収する延滞金について適用する。ただし、当該延滞金の全部又は一部でこの法律の施行前の期間に対応するものについては、なお従前の例による。
