第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この法律は、平成七年十月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条並びに附則第三条、第五条、第七条、第十一条、第十三条、第十四条、第十六条、第十八条、第二十条及び第二十二条の規定は、平成十一年四月一日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect as of October 1, 1995; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2 and of Articles 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 14, 16, 18, 20 and 22 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect as of April 1, 1999.
