第六条（罰則に関する経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 6Transitional Measures Concerning Penal Provisions
この法律の施行前にした行為並びに附則第二条第一項及び第二項並びに第三条第一項の規定によりなお従前の例によることとされる事項に係るこの法律の施行後にした行為に対する罰則の適用については、なお従前の例による。
With regard to the application of penal provisions to acts committed before this Act comes into effect and to acts committed after this Act comes into effect with respect to matters that are to be governed by the provisions then in force pursuant to the provisions of Article 2, paragraphs (1) and (2) and Article 3, paragraph (1) of the Supplementary Provisions, the provisions then in force continue to govern.
