第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この法律は、昭和四十年八月一日から施行する。ただし、第二条及び附則第十三条の規定は昭和四十年十一月一日から、第三条並びに附則第十四条から附則第四十三条まで及び附則第四十五条の規定は昭和四十一年二月一日から施行する。
This Act comes into effect on August 1, 1965; provided, however, that the provisions of Article 2 and Article 13 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on November 1, 1965, and the provisions of Article 3, Articles 14 through 43 of the Supplementary Provisions and Article 45 of the Supplementary Provisions come into effect on February 1, 1966.
