第一条（施行期日）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 1Effective Date
この法律の施行期日は、公布の日から起算して九十日をこえない範囲内において、各規定につき、政令で定める。
The effective date of this Act is specified by Cabinet Order for each provision within a period not exceeding 90 days from the date of promulgation.
