製造時等検査を行おうとする機械等	研修を行う機械等	要件
別表第一第一号又は第二号に掲げる機械等	別表第一第一号及び第二号に掲げる機械等	（１）　学科研修が、次に掲げる科目について行われるものであること。イ　特定機械等の構造ロ　材料及び試験方法ハ　工作及び試験方法ニ　附属装置及び附属品ホ　関係法令、強度計算方法及び検査基準（２）　登録設計審査等機関が行うものであること。

条件

工学関係大学等卒業者で、次の表の上欄に掲げる製造時等検査を行おうとする機械等の区分に応じ、それぞれ同表の中欄に掲げる研修を行う機械等に係る同表下欄に掲げる要件のいずれにも該当する研修であつて学科研修の時間が百六十時間以上であり、かつ、検査実習が十件以上であるものを修了したものであること。

工学関係高等学校等卒業者で、イの表の上欄に掲げる製造時等検査を行おうとする機械等の区分に応じ、それぞれ同表の中欄に掲げる研修を行う機械等に係る同表下欄に掲げる要件のいずれにも該当する研修であつて学科研修の時間が二百十時間以上であり、かつ、検査実習が十五件以上であるものを修了したものであること。

イ又はロに掲げる者と同等以上の知識経験を有する者であること。

数　年間の製造時等検査の件数を八百で除して得た数（端数があるときは、これを切り上げる。）

(a) Structure of specified machinery or other such equipment (b) Materials and testing methods (c) Construction and testing methods (d) Auxiliary equipment and accessories (e) Applicable laws and regulations, strength calculation methods and inspection standards (2) Training shall be provided by a registered agency for design reviews and post-manufacturing inspections.
