第二条（厚生年金保険法施行令の一部改正に伴う経過措置）
Supplementary Provisions, Article 2Transitional Measures Accompanying the Partial Amendment of the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act
With regard to the application of the provisions of Article 4-2-16 of the Order for Enforcement of the Employees' Pension Insurance Act, for the time being, the phrase "premiums under the provisions of the Mariners Insurance Act" in item (iii) of that Article is deemed to be replaced with "premiums under the provisions of the Mariners Insurance Act or premiums under the provisions of the Mariners Insurance Act prior to the amendment by the provisions of Article 4 of the Act Partially Amending the Employment Insurance Act, etc. (Act No. 30 of 2007; hereinafter in this item referred to as the "2007 Amendment Act") (limited to those that the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare is to collect pursuant to the provisions of Article 45 of the Supplementary Provisions of the 2007 Amendment Act)".
厚生年金保険法施行令第四条の二の十六の規定の適用については、当分の間、同条第三号中「船員保険法の規定による保険料」とあるのは、「船員保険法の規定による保険料若しくは雇用保険法等の一部を改正する法律（平成十九年法律第三十号。以下この号において「平成十九年改正法」という。）第四条の規定による改正前の船員保険法の規定による保険料（平成十九年改正法附則第四十五条の規定により厚生労働大臣が徴収を行うものとされたものに限る。）」とする。
