附 則
Supplementary Provisions
This Ministerial Order comes into effect as of April 1, 2004; provided, however, that the provisions set forth in the following items come into effect as of the dates specified respectively in those items:
この省令は、平成十六年四月一日から施行する。ただし、次の各号に掲げる規定は、当該各号に定める日から施行する。
the provisions amending the table of contents, the provisions amending Articles 1 and 2, the provisions amending Article 5, the provisions adding one Article after Article 28, and the provisions amending Articles 29 through 31: April 1, 2003;
目次の改正規定、第一条及び第二条の改正規定、第五条の改正規定、第二十八条の次に一条を加える改正規定並びに第二十九条から第三十一条までの改正規定 平成十五年四月一日
the provisions amending Article 13: January 1, 2004.
